Entretien
I applied online and about a week and a half later, the assistant manager called me and set up an interview. Overall, the interview went well and I'm supposed to hear back from her sometime soon about my second interview. The process has been pretty long so far, my interview was almost a week ago and I still haven't heard back from her to set up my second interview.

Question 1
The beginning of the interview was pretty easy, she asked me about my schedule and my current job. Then she asked me questions like When was there a time when you closed a sale? When did you have to do something that wasn't part of your normal job? When were you in a difficult situation at work and how did you deal with it? and Tell me about a time you were running late for work and why were you late? She also asked me if I knew anything about Maurices as a company so make sure you do your research.

Entretien
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
