I had my first interview with one of the managers and we basically talked about what is the basis to my style - what inspires me, what trends do I follow, am I influenced by media, etc. It is a clothing store and they want to make sure you have the look they are going for. Don't get caught up on that though because Maurices has tons of different looks and styles. The second interview was basically when do I start and what pay is and to turn in all documents (license, social security card, etc)

UPDATE: I heard from another person who interviewed around the same time as me. She also was told she would receive a call either way and didn't hear from the manager as well. Manager of the store brought me in quickly for an interview. Interview was done in the store dressing room area. She followed the type interview method, "tell me a time..." she said I would hear from her that evening or the next day about training that would start in a day or two. I never heard back from her. Also, the pay is very low, around $10/hr. With only 5-15 hrs. Per week. I was honestly shocked at that. The only advice I would give is to reach out to people either way when you say you will. I received no emails, calls, nothing.
