Invited to interview after applying online, The interview took place at the store. It was pretty casual and the interviewer said second stage of the recruitment process would be a trial shift.

Why do you want to work for the company? Why do want to work in a retail/sales/customer service environment? Availability and commute to store.

Two step process, they ask you to take a work test in the first one, second is a "culture fit" test. Work test is alright if you're proactive and jump to help people, however the culture fit interview can be challenging as you'll be judged for random things that might not make sense in the end.
