There is no real interview. You attend an orientation and do some in-services on-line. Once you apply a recruiter will call you and see what you are interested in and to make sure you have at least some experience. Next, you are invited to the orientation. At orientation you must bring license, CPR card, social security card. You just go over lots of paperwork, and get an explanation of the companies policies.
Personable, open to questions and direct when describing job details. I like that the nurse manager calls you specifically to give a detailed report about the patient and family needs.

Willingness to travel? Comfort level with particular patients, equipment or knowledge of patient's diagnosis? Offers for teaching or reclamation if uncomfortable with certain treatments.

I received an email in regards to my resume posted on Indeed. Spoke with the recruiter & scheduled an over the phone interview. It took bout 20-30 mins. Discussed pay, touched on benefits slightly & type of cases available. Came into the office to fill out paperwork. Background check performed. About a week later I received an offer & accepted.

I was Called in for interview. On that same call i was asked about my experience, what i was looking for full or part time and what hours, they discissed cases that may be available to me. At the interview i was given an offer pending background and reference checks.
