they have detailed notes to fill and basic apptitude and have lots of experience realated customer support.and interview process was easy.

Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
