I applied for another position but a month later, i got a call from Maxis TA that they had this position open. So i went to my first interview and it turn out to be really good and i was invited to a second interview a few days ahead. Unfortunately the hiring manager was really rude, one of them dont even try to look at my face and another one kept asking about my other experience, not work related. I found it offensive. I understand that they probably have another candidate in mind but at least please pay attention. You dont know how much a candidate had worked hard and tried their best in every possible way. At the end of the day, i am glad that i dont get a job there anyway. It is for the best.
