I am interviewed by 3 partners with a HR manager. The HR mainly examines your background and CV and those partners would then follow up. You have to take the lead in feeding them and try very best to raise interesting things legally related.
The 10-minute interview was pleasant and not overly difficult. The panel of two asked insightful questions that allowed me to highlight my qualifications and experience. I felt at ease and the conversation felt natural.
