Written screening test comprising of questions relevant to the position followed by personal interview that had both HR and technical components. Decision given on the same day. Contract sent a couple of months later after completion of University degree.

Entretien
Two stages for the complete interview process. First stage was a test conducted to check our basic knowledge in Naval Architecture. After clearing the test, there was a personal interview with 3 panel members including HR. Initially I was tested on my basics of Naval Architecture and later there were HR related question. Total duration around 15 to 20 mins

Tell me about self, your strengths and weaknesses and questions about our aircraft carriers
It takes Naval Architect through campus placements from IITKgp, IITM , CUSAT & One college in vizag. 1st round is the written exam which is not relevant as everyone is selected for the interview. During the interview they ask 5 question..1/2 technical and few general questions. General questions could be about your family, your college life etc.

They ask mostly from your CV so prepare well from it. If its shows that your are a good fit for them they will hire you.
