Entretien
Had four interviews altogether. The first was a competency test. The second was an interview with someone from HR and an AOL. The third was an informal show around the factory with an AOL. I then had a fourth with another two AOL's months later.
Unfortunately I believe it is only "A job for the boys". I was asked how I would cope working in a factory environment with "all men". I replied that it really didn't bother me at all.

phone interview where you will learn more about the company and position. In person interview with supervisors from each of the three plants. Should hear back in about 2 weeks.
