The interview process was a standard 3 round process - 1st HR screening, 2nd interview with hiring manager, and 3rd panel interview with 3 team members. Most of the questions were fairly standard, but there were a couple that left me wondering why they were asked. I.e. how would the answer make a difference in being capable of doing the job. I also value transparency in an interview process and do wish someone would have followed up with their decision to not proceed and why. Ghosting is really what made me rate this experience as neutral.
