Interviewers asked great, outside-of-the-box questions that made me think. They want you to break out of your “interview shell” and think beyond a regurgitation of your resume. They want to know what type of person you are, which reflected the importance they place on culture.

Very easy. I met virtually with one other attorney after a screening call with HR. It was low key once I met the threshold requirements proving I could do the job.
