long. very thorough. Will check everything like the FBI. May take 1 month to get offer. Whatever you put on your resume they will verify. If they can not verify what you put on your resume they will not hire you.
I was called in and asked about my experience and given the information regarding the property and the problems that would be encountered and asked if I felt I could handle dealing with the issues the property presented. It was an informal interview and it went very well.

How would I handle the issues the property was experiencing. Without ever encountering such a situation, it was difficult to respond. However, I advised that I would seek customer service with a keen attention to realize the owner's objectives.
