Had an HR screening which went well. Short conversation about my experience relating to the role. Was told by a senior recruiter that my application will be passed to the hiring manager and I should hear back in a few days as to whether or not I will be moving forward. Has been radio silence for a month despite reaching out to them to follow up. Disappointing given their emphasis on culture
