Recruiter reached out after I applied, I spoke with her, then arranged a call with the hiring manager, and his associate, this call lasted about an hour, basic questions asked, describe my work history and what I was looking for in the new position. Next, scheduled an on-site interview. Both managers were present, was met promptly, conducted the interview, it felt more like they were selling me on the company rather than grilling into my technical background, which I guess I covered pretty well in the previous conversation, and is detailed in my resume. Next had a facility tour, I was able to ask questions, and that was it. I emailed both to say thank you, and about a week later I was notified I would be receiving an offer. It all moved fairly quickly and easily from start to finish. I was first given a verbal offer by my manager, which I had to accept in order to get the written offer. With written offer in hand, I then negotiated some, and it took about a week to get all of that resolved.
