Deeply awkward initial HR conversation. The recruiter had no conversational flow and was very clearly just filling out a form that I wish they had given me to submit myself beforehand. Incredibly long awkward pauses while they typed, I felt no desire to get to know me as a candidate. A robot may as well have conducted this interview and I could not wait to get off the phone.

The interview process was pretty standard. He asked about prior work experience and personal skills. The main component for this job is being a hard worker and having the skills listed in the description
