Interview/hiring process was very standard. Interviewed for ~1 hour with CEO/owner. He outlined his vision of the company and his role within it, then what he saw as the responsibilities of the position I was applying for. He asked what my salary hopes/expectations were, then negotiated. He waited several days to call my references, after which I followed up by calling and asking about the status of my application, which is when I was offered the job. I started 2 days later.
