Contacted initially by corporate. Interviewed by phone and then on-site. I found each step very professional. Apparently the vibe varies by location, but I lucked out with mine because I found the interview process and the site extremely pleasant--which surprised me, since I certainly scoured reviews on here beforehand. McMaster-Carr took care of transportation. Upon arrival, I filled out a form, was led on a tour, and met with a merry flock of interviewers. Overall, I had a great time and look back fondly on the experience.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.
