So far I have had an on-campus interview for McMaster-Carr's management trainee program. The first round interview was basic and straightforward. For first 15 minutes, the interviewer explained more about McMaster Carr and the program itself. He then asked me to tell him about something on my resume. During the second half of my interview, we ran through different parts of my resume.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences.
