I submitted my resume online, and was given an interview. The interview was pretty standard although they asked some challenging questions. The interviewer was nice but did not seem all that interested. I did not make it to the next round. I tried to get some more information about what a management trainee does and what the position actually was, but only ended up more confused about the position.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.
