Started with a very informal chat with the recruitment team, followed by 2 face to face interviews and finally a presentation. Really friendly and a lot of emphasis on the role being right for me as well as considering my fit for the role. Really happy to have had the chance to meet several people in the business throughout the interview process to get a good feel for the culture which really sold the business to me.
