This seems to be a cheap labor scheme preying on what I think are desperate people. Any level headed individual could probably see right through it. Internships at other decent tech companies seem to pay twice as much or more. Do you see anything about the employees or company culture on the site? Know your worth. You can make more money in retail or a cafe by just cashing people out.
