There were about 75 others at the group interview. A video was shown about the company and then we were divided into 4 different groups. We rotated between 4 different stations and were asked to both roleplay interactions as a service assistant, arrange inventory and other similar interactions. The whole experience was quite overwhelming but overall a positive and fun one.

Q: what would you do if a customer asks you about a product/item that you don't know about.
So so many people as very high demand job as you can imagine. But such a good interview process, they had lots of staff to interview and it was very straightforward and relevant to the job, a group interview and then individual one.

Entretien
Online group interview where you would be taken to individual breakout rooms to have a one-on-one interview - asked basic questions related to customer service as well as asked to talk about a product that you like and how you would sell it.
it was an online interview which was super easy and fun, including a few games which were shape and numeracy games which are quite odd but were pretty easy and fun
