Initail screening interview then followed by phone interview, afterwards a coding test. Coding test relatively straight forward, but follow up was worst I've ever experienced. No feedback was given other than generic "some parts were missing", and "not the standard we're after" tried to follow up to see if they could elaborate on what was missing and what could be done better and no response or feedback at all - very poor and unprofessional process.
