First interview with HR, 2nd interview with hiring manager, 3rd round presentation, 4th round interview with category head of. A lot of time spent on 3 interviews and a detailed presentation for no offer and minimal feedback. Have since seen ideas I presented as part of this process land in store.

An initial online interview with line manager, The next stage was then presenting a case study to line manager and one other in the team in person. They then asked a few follow up questions on my presentation and some further capability questions.

The process was very, very long (2 months) during which I completed 3 interviews. Over this time I did a Hirevue online interview (honestly the most daunting part), a Teams interview with HR and senior manager, and then I got invited to the office to meet the team for a final screening. I was told I’d hear the outcome within a week. Two weeks later, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out via email and the following week I got a phone call telling me that it was down to me and one other applicant (slightly unprofessional to disclose?), they loved my interviews and would love to have me in the team - but decided to go with an internal opportunity instead. Beyond disappointing and felt like my time was wasted. My chances ill-fated from the get-go!
