There was a written aptitude test. In the test, all the questions were to be solved and answered on the question paper, it was subjective. Followed by the subjective test was group discussion round. One of the best GDs i have seen, everyone gets an opportunity to speak and your points should be good. The interview was more of an HR interview with some focus on your skills for the job and also aptitude and logical thinking. Overall the hiring process was good.

Telephonic interview was conducted. The interview took only 10 minutes and only the basic personality questions were asked which were answered. At first, the HR person called in 20 minutes late. On top of that, I could hear people laughing around when this interview took place over the phone, which just goes on to show how serious they were in conducting the interview. Then they reject me telling my skills and cultural fit were not aligned with the company. Interesting thing is one of my friends who had applied for the internship but did not give telephonic interview also got the same reason for rejection. Just shows how these people don't value the time of the candidates.
