I talked to an HR Coordinator on the phone first about my background, my interests, and the job description. She then scheduled an in person interview for me with the Hiring Manager at the office. I spoke with the Hiring Manager, the HR Coordinator, and another manager of another department during my interview. I thought the interview went very well. They were all very nice and friendly, and we even joked around a bit during the interview. Overall I thought it was a great interview experience.
