I applied directly and was emailed for an interview. I asked if they could meet with me at 5:30pm since I work full time. That was no problem. I met with 2 groups of people, 1 paralegal and 4 attorneys total. Interview lasted exactly 1 hour. Didn’t hear anything for over a week. They finally called me on a Friday night and asked to set up another interview with the executive team. The said it would take 2 hours and HR suggested 10am. I asked if it was possible for them to meet with me at 5:30pm like we worked out before so I didn’t have to take so much time off of work. HR said they weren’t sure if that would work but they would check and get back to me Monday afternoon. Then nothing. I emailed HR Monday evening reiterating our conversation and asking for an update. I was very polite and professional in my email. Never heard from MedPro again. Seems like they move very slowly at MedPro and I did not appreciate being ignored after all I did was ask if they would work with me on scheduling a time to come in. I can’t take 3 hours out of the very middle of my work day for an interview. A long lunch, maybe. Leaving an hour early, sure. But I wasn’t even given a chance to work something out other than 10am. Every other company I have interviewed with has been more than happy to navigate around my work schedule / meet with me over lunch / be mindful of my time restraints. Very disappointed with this experience.
