Management and team leads tried to scare me out of the position by telling horror stories of angry healthcare providers calling up because bills were not paid correctly by MedRisk. Repeatedly harped on the fact that the job is extremely stressful and there is a high turnover rate. No concepts relating to job function other that massive amounts of stress and phone calls were relayed to me during the interview process.
