The hiring process took much longer than I expected it to. I received my offer rather quickly, but after I accepted, it took a few weeks before I began working there.

Fair, well balanced questions, free flowing. A good mix between directed questioning and conversation with the clinic director. The interview started on time and I was able to stay after to observe the clinic for an hour or so.
