Entretien
Multi stage interview all done virtually (as expected by a forward thinking tech company)
Straight forward stages, lots of questions around personal experience with the market and culture checks to attract the right sort of people.
Each stage was clear and led nicely on to the next. Relatively conversational style interviews with a case study to complete. This makes sense now understanding the Medbelle culture more and selling style wanted.

Right from the outset, things took an unexpected turn. Our scheduled call kicked off with a delay, and I couldn't help but feel unjustly held responsible. The truth was, I patiently waited on the call for close to 10 minutes, only to discover that their link wasn't functioning. Despite this initial hiccup, the conversation appeared to flow smoothly.
However, when I rectified few facts, it felt like my effort to set the record straight was not well-received in the sense of me making-up or lying. My commitment to transparency compels me to prefer self-correction over resorting to convenient falsehoods.
Subsequently, the feedback I received resembled a standard, "copy and paste" email. As a candidate, such generic feedback holds minimal value, even when accompanied by the well-worn advice to "regularly check the website for new opportunities."
A more enriching candidate experience would undoubtedly stem from constructive and specific feedback. Understanding the exact reasons behind decisions at each stage would be exceptionally beneficial. Rather than a broad-strokes explanation, a nuanced account of the factors influencing the decision would be genuinely appreciated. This personalised feedback, tailored to individual circumstances, is the kind that truly elevates the value for candidates like myself.
