I applied online, had a phone interview within a day or two, submitted all of my documents, and that was it! I get jobs periodically and the only complaint I have is that there aren't very many shifts available. You gotta snatch em up when they post! The web application is beautifully done. It's very straight forward and modern. Any time there are any problems, there's always someone there to help within minutes. Pay is fast and painless and the fact that you get paid for 4 hours' work if the facility cancels 24 hours or less than the posted job time is.... fantastic!
