My process with interviewing was pretty good! It was a little longer than usual because I started with interviewing for an AE position but after speaking with 3 of the senior reps/managers they actually implied my skillset would be better suited for a AM role. This was after 1 phone screen and 3 interviews. Then went to starting the process for the AM role which was 2 more manager interviews and then ending with SVP interview. Everything was smooth the HR team is very transparent and I think everyone is super friendly and professional.
