Had two phone interviews with the Director of Talent and Development who decided to forward me onto an interview in person with the Search and Social team. They all went well and asked me back for a fourth interview included that I do a marketing strategy project and present it to the team. After the presentation I was told they looked forward to being in touch with me. Never heard a thing. I reached out to the director for an update, not a word. After all time I took out to do the project and multiple interviews, the least they could do is tell me they decided to move forward with someone else. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention it’s inappropriate/sketchy to ask someone to complete a marketing strategy, take the ideas and ghost them, I wonder how many people they’ve done this to.
