I've been interviewed by the 'Group Manager' but the interview process is not pleasant since the interviewer have been praised herself being a 'good HR' while condemning me and my 5 years experience with a big name company. I've been sitting for nearly 1 hour just to hear that but she didn't have the intention to hire me since she make it clear during the interview too.
