J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medix (Denver, CO)
Entretien
The interview process was very long as Medix really takes the time to make sure employees will be a good fit with the culture. It started with a phone screen interview, then an online personality test, then an in-person interview with a couple employees in the office, then an observational interview. Overall I had a really positive experience. Everyone was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my application. I felt they really took the time to get to know me and see if I would fit well into the company culture.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medix (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
