J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medix (Woburn, MA) en avr. 2013

Phone screen with their corporate recruiter, Carrie. Shes very welcoming and asks personality based questions & career goals. They are looking for competitive sales personalities more than anything else. Also they want candidates who understand the values of teamwork. Then I had an onsite interview with the office leader. From there they have you sit in the 'pit' and rotate around the recruiters so they can see if you'd fit in with their team.

First you are phone screened by a corporate recruiter. She is very friendly. Then you go in for a quick in person interview. Not too difficult. Then, there is a half day interview with a panel interview. This is where it gets tricky. The questions are a little weird and hard to answer. Describe a time someone you relied on let you down. Describe a time you were an underdog. How do you apply your core values? Are you competitive? How? Then they ask where else you are interviewing and what your parents do for a living. Very strange.
