Entretien
Very welcoming process. Had an over the phone interview, very laid back and friendly. There were no curveballs thrown. I felt at ease with the company and they told me about all the benefits and how quickly you can move up to a management roll. They also enforced how important it was to work hard and strive because that was the main way of moving up in the company.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
