I applied online. Around a month or two later, I received an e-mail telling me to sign up for an interview time. There was only one interview session. I first interviewed with two Meijer managers at the same time for 30 minutes and then interviewed with one Meijer Manager for 30 minutes. I received a call offering my the position around a week later.

The questions were fairly basic. They were mostly behavior type questions. Because my interview was for their e-commerce position, the asked me what I did and didn't like about their website and what my favorite website was and why.

there was an initial screening interview. after this, i was asked to do a virtual interview with two managers. after this, i did not hear back from the company, even after i followed up multiple times

Two online interviews, the first one is a recording and the second one was with intern manager. The interview was standard. Not sure if interviews are online now, as this was during COVID.

Short and gave positive feedback and no offer. They did not seem to really care about experience during the interview. Required skills that job description didnt say was a requirement. Overall i wasn’t passionate about it.
