5 Interview rounds. Got call that you are selected and offer letter will be release in one week. After one week got call that they hired the candidate internally. After 3 months of lenthy process and lots of interview telling me I am selected and then calling that we hired the candidate internally internally. Why waste candidates 3 months on this if you are going to hire internally
