I had a hone interview first then I was passed on to a Dept Supervisor. We discussed the store and retail work in general. He had a list of questions and documented my answers in concluding he told me they would call me to set up a 3ed and final interview with the Front End Manager. I had a relaxed interview with her and she gave me an offer.

Entretien
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Set me a time how you dealt with a difficult customer
Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
