Applied online via the meijer website. After a couple weeks and brief phone interview received call to come in and fill out paperwork, in addition to taking a drug screen. Interviewer asked about work history and basic fit questions. Also inquired about ability to lift 50 pounds, work long shifts, and preference for production or warehouse. After that there was a 2 day training process of taking an online safety class.

Easy phone interview with a couple simple questions and you can have 0 experience I started very soon after probably within a week. The orientation was also pretty simple and you get paid for it.

Entretien
The interview process was simple and quick. After applying for a warehouse job, I was called and asked to come for a face-to-face interview. As a college student at Western Michigan University, the Kalamazoo, MI Meijer understood my class schedule, and management was willing to work with me. I was hired for the overnight stock shift.
