First step was AI interview. Second was with two nurses (not the hiring manager). Asked questions: why do I want to work for MSK, describe my work experience, where do I see myself in 5 years. They did ask if I have children which is absolutely not allowed and very unprofessional. As a young female with no children they were certainly looking at what this would mean for future work plans. Did not receive the job offer.

Very easy going, and laid back and they ask you what shift you want, type of unit that you’re seeking as well. They also ask the type of pay you’re looking for as well
