Had a phone screening. It went very well and I was emailed a personality test to take. A few days later I was called back with a response that my personality type did not match the company culture. I asked why and she said that the results came out as a code that she could not decipher.

I applied online via LinkedIn, then was contacted by email from a recruiter. I had a brief phone interview midweek, then was sent an online personality questionnaire to be completed by the end of the week. I then received a phone call about the results of the test.
