When I first arrived I met with a HR representative and filled out some preliminary paperwork. It consisted of a standard application and a questionnaire geared toward rating your honesty and character. Started with a fast paced aptitude test consisting of flow charts, pattern recognition and simple algebra followed by an interview with the technical lead, team lead, and department supervisor.
