very simple. There was no HR working there at the time, so I was interviewed by the General Manager. I did most of the talking, but the questions were easy to answer if you have a general idea of how to answer questions in an interview environment. The questions asked are your typical asked questions in interviews.

You sit in the back office with the HR coordinator who goes thru the interview process with a series of Qs.

This was a basic interview, lots of questions on background rather than the work itself (the job was pretty straight forwards as it is). Other than that, it was a 1 on 1 interview with normal work attire.
