It was very laid back. I sat in the office with the department manager and the HR rep and it only took about 10 minutes. I felt very comfortable while talking to them. I was given the job on the spot during the interview. I started the interview right away when i got into the store.

I applied in store and received a call back within days of applying. We set up a time and date for an interview. Upon arrival I was greeted and told where to go for my interview. The interview started on time and was very professional.
