3. Realized that they are doing Viral Marketing of their Mendix Product by providing you the assignment. Which is really wrong with the candidates, I won't recommend mendix product, Outsystems is much bettter then Mendix, atleast they don't do viral marketing, they are transparent with the product and price.
If you are getting assignment, believe me whatever effort you will put into it, it's very easy, they are going to reject during this time of COVID, as most of the people are moving to self employed. That's why,
They are utilizing the COVID time and utilizing the moods of people in this time, with viral marketing. This is inhumane in any recruitement process.

No Questions, only Mendix App to develop, without having a single Mendix word on my CV, just learn the Mendix from the academy, learning paths, and develop the app. Asking me to do the certification also.
Despite of having 10 years of experience as full stack developer.

Entretien
The process goes like; have call with recruiter, meet some guy in the team and finish the assignment in given time. The assignment was a mobile project in React Native.
The final process was code review & refactoring strategies.
Whole process was online since I'm an alien.
