there were 5 steps including HR and final one with hiring manager + his manager. Problem is about assignment. They give you an assignment for whole week, in the end want you to present what you got. I was eliminated in the final round after the assignment. There is no problem about to be eliminated but when it comes to detailed feedback, there was no. It was just an email that was informing only we are not proceeding with you. They didn't even call for feedback etc. to show their respect to my time I spent on their process. I am definitely not going to apply for job at Mendix again. I had a lot of interviews but it was the most disappointing one when I compare the time spent and face with the disrespectful approach.
