J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mendix (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2023
Entretien
The recruiter wasted my time by having me answer questions about the structure and the approach of my current company. The main point of the call was to understand if I had any direct reports or not, which could have been an email. It felt like the recruiter used the interview as a market research exercise which is extremely unethical. In addition, when probing, it turned out that they have an internal candidate for this position and the decision was made before we even spoke. I felt used after this call.

Very standard process starting with HR background screen. 2nd Interview was with a departmental peer in sales. 3rd was to be with VP. There is a lot of change happening currently because of Siemens acquisition. Many people have only been there for a few months. That said they are expanding.
