Total time waste. JD was for Java developer and expectation was for golang and php. Interview was awesome. Normal questions regarding previous works. In the end interviewer asked for Golang and told we have requirement for golang.

One of time wasting interview process they have, it was full online process with multiple reschedules. No proper communication, they already fixed their candidate and will come to eat your time. No feedback on candidate rejection but they need feedback on their interview process(😄)

Well one of the worst interview process I have taken in my entire career.
Interviewer are not at all experienced, asking non related questions and think a FAANG load are not upto the mark of Mercari.
If you are getting recruited for Mercari India, don't waste your time in the process. They will take the full process and then tell a non relevant excuse to not hire.
